Prayer at Stockton Baptist Church

Here at Stockton Baptist Church we believe in the power of God as delivered through prayer.

We have a dedicated prayer team to pray for those who ask for it after each of our Sunday morning services.

So what can you expect from us during prayer.

• Confidentiality – Anything we pray for remains with those who have prayed for you. You only need to reveal as much or as little as you wish regarding the situation for which you are seeking prayer
• Safety – Our prayer teams are all in possession of a valid DBS certificate
• We do not offer counselling or advice, rather we rely on the primacy of the Holy Spirit to act in your situation
• We are happy to pray for all situations, including thanksgiving, or request for a blessing
• Everything we do is offered on an open hand for you to accept or not
• You do not need to be a Christian to receive prayer. Prayers will be offered to anyone who requests them
